Fireplaces always need external air
Provide secondary combustion air (it is missing from many fire places) in order to be able to burn those gases released by the burned wood.
Make sure that the power of the fireplace and pipe of the fireplace is matching with diameter of the chimney
Some says that with yellowish-reddish brick (in the combustion space) makes the flames nicer.
The combustion space is not directly below the chimney
The improper chimney isolation can bring in the outer noises.
The thermal expansion can be as much as 5-7 mm

Make sure there is a proper isolation around the fireplace. Use chamotte brick inside as that is a good insulator and it's stores the heat.
The weight of fireplace is significant make sure to have the proper structural support
A sugárzó hő védelmére nem használhatók a kötőanyagot tartalmazó hőszigetelő anyagok, pl. lépésálló therwoolin. Csak a kötőanyag nélküli, lágy, dróthálós ásványgyapot. Ennek nincs szaga, ha több száz fokos sugárzás éri.
Ytong kerülése oldalfalként mert szigetelő és nem hőtároló, de viszont pont a szigetelése miatt nincsen túl nagy hőtágulása ezért a burkolat nem reped meg, samot téglát időnként át kell rakni.
